There are no refunds on gift certificates. Free e-certificates with purchase are subject to cancellation at our discretion (based on order returns).

We are happy to offer a one-time equal exchange for the same product in another shade (if applicable), refund (with return fee) or offer store credit within 15 days of receipt of product. Please note that exchanges are only available to USA residents. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees or pay for your return shipping. And, also note that any returned item, opened or unopened, will "not" be placed back into inventory. We appreciate your understanding that this is why we require a 20% return fee if you choose a refund over an exchange or store credit. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns (or future purchases) should returns become excessive. IMPORTANT NOTICE: *If you are new to our products, we encourage you to limit your purchase to one unit of the same product, as only one may be returned for a refund. This will help us limit waste, as all returns (opened or unopened) will be discarded. We appreciate your consideration before placing your order.
15 day refund policy
Please note that we have a 15 day return policy. In order to receive a refund, exchange or credit, your item must be returned within 15 days of receipt of product. Please inspect your purchase within 15 days of receipt. Returns beyond 15 days of receipt will not be accepted. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds, exchanges or store credit "will not" be issued if the postmarked date on the returned package is after 15 days of receipt of product. Customers must have an RMA number in order to return a purchase. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. Rejuva Minerals is not responsible for return shipping. Please ensure you have adequate postage to cover shipping, or your package will be refused and returned. Products damaged during shipment
All products are carefully inspected by Rejuva Minerals prior to shipment. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately (within 15 days of receipt of product) to organize an exchange. In the unlikely event an item is defective, please notify us immediately (within 15 days of receipt of product) to organize an exchange. Requests for exchanges for a different item are not allowed.
