Foundations, Concealers, and Multi Task powder

All Foundations (including St. Tropez & Bahama Mama Foundation/Bronzer), Concealer and Multi Task Powder are available in sample sizes for your convenience. If you are new to our products, we encourage you to take advantage of the smaller size prior to purchasing the large. There are no refunds or exchanges on our foundations, concealer or Multi Task powder of any size, for any reason (OPENED OR UNOPENED). If you have already purchased the small jars of foundation, and are having difficulty finding the right shade, please let us know. We will be happy to make suggestions. You may also wish to contact a specialist prior to placing your first order . We will do our best to assist you in making the right choices. Also, if you have a favorite shade that you would like us to match, please contact us for assistance.

Gift certificates

There are no refunds or exchanges on gift certificates.

Clearance items

There are no refunds, exchanges or store credits on any clearance item. No exceptions please.

All other products

If you have purchased a product (see policy above for our foundation, concealer and multi task powder), and are not happy with your purchase, please email us for instructions on returning your item. Once we receive your return, you will be credited the full price, minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. Please note, that any returned item, opened or unopened, will "not" be placed back into inventory. We appreciate your understanding that this is why we require a 20% restocking fee. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns (or future purchases) should returns become excessive. IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are new to our products, we encourage you to limit your purchase to one unit of the same product, as only one may be returned for a refund. This will help us limit waste, as all returns (opened or unopened) will be discarded. We appreciate your consideration before placing your order.

30 day refund policy

Please note that we have a 30 day return policy. In order to receive a refund, your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase, or no refund will be issued. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds "will not" be issued if the postmarked date on the returned package is after 30 days of your purchase.  Customers must have an RMA number in order to return a purchase. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. Please contact us for instructions and authorization.


We do not offer exchanges on any of our products. No exceptions please.

Products damaged during shipment

All products are carefully inspected by Rejuva Minerals prior to shipment. If you receive damaged goods, DO NOT return the item(s) to us. Please contact us for instructions. In the unlikely event an item is defective, please notify us immediately to organize a return and replacement (requests for exchanges for a different item are not allowed).

24 hour cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or change your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

Patch test

Please Note: All Rejuva Minerals loose powder and many pressed powder products were developed without the use of "commonly" known skin irritants, however, we make no guarantees that our products are suitable for everyone. Patch Test: We encourage you to try any new product in a small area to ensure compatibility. We ask that you take the time to read the complete product description (including ingredients). You may find complete details by clicking on the product images, or in cases where there is not an image available, the product name. Please educate yourself on our products before purchasing. If you have any questions, simply contact us. We are always happy to help.
