APPLICATION

To prevent liner from smudging, and for long-lasting wear, apply a small amount of mineral powder (such as our Multi Task Powder, Foundation or Eye Shadow) on top of lids (if applied above lash line), under eyes (if applied below lash line) and also a light layer on top of the eye liner application. Eye liner�can break down when coming in contact with the oils on your skin, and the powder application will help prevent this.��

At first I wasn’t sure I was going to like this because most eyebrow pencils are drier. When I put the Rejuva brow pencil on it had more oil than what I’m used to so I thought it would smudge easily. I put it on and blotted off some of the excess and the pigment was so dark and perfect. I put it to the test and left it on all night and it was there the next morning and no smudges on the pillow. I received a "Black" Rejuva Minerals Natural Eye & Brow pencil. Although the black is too dark for my brows, that is my only issue. The plastic pencil case looks pretty and has a beautiful design on it. I love the "twist up" pencil feature WITH a built in sharpener at the bottom! This makes a nice, clean, smooth black line. It is a twist up pencil as well, so there's no need to sharpen it or worry, just twist to get more of the pencil. While it makes a defined line, you can also smudge it nicely too. This makes it easier when you use it for eyebrows because you can blend it in easier by smudging it. Very convenient and nice.
