What carrier do you use? We use USPS Mail.

What are your shipping fees for USA? We offer Priority mail for $8.65, First Class mail for $6.95 (slowest), and Express Mail for $29.95 (fastest). If you want Express Mail, please contact us.

What is your processing timeMost orders are processed within 2-3 business days, with the exception of the holidays. Processing time will take longer during this time. Please allow additional time for delivery. 

What are the delivery times for USA?  Delivery times will vary by location, and during holiday's, but generally up to 5 business days for Priority Mail and up to 2 business days for Express. First Class Mail times vary, and are not recommended if you are in a hurry.

Missing order? If your tracking # shows delivery of your order, but you did not receive it, please reach out to us immediately for assistance.

Do you collect sales tax? Rejuva Minerals, Inc. is registered to collect sales and use taxes in all states which impose such a tax.

What are your shipping fees for Canada? We offer Priority mail for $29.95 and First Class mail for $24.95

What are your shipping fees for International? We offer Priority mail for $49.95  and First Class mail for $24.95

What is your shipping time for Canadian and International orders? Will vary by location, and during holiday's, but generally 6-10 business days for USPS Priority Mail. Variable, and extended shipping time for First Class Mail. We suggest Priority Mail if you need your order in a rush.

Will I receive a tracking #? Once your shipping label has been processed, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation with tracking information from Stamps.com. Please be certain to provide a valid email address. And, please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive a confirmation within 5 business days.

Signature confirmation: We reserve the right to request a signature confirmation at no additional cost to you.

What is your cancellation policy? We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to cancel.

My package is being returned due to an invalid address, what should I doIf your package is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to an invalid address or for any other reason that was not due to an error on our part, you will need to pay additional shipping to have the items reshipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event you choose not to have your package redelivered. Please refer to our refund policy.

Can you provide general International shipping information?

  • For orders being shipped to Australia, please click here to read about customs fees.
  • During checkout, please choose "Not Applicable" for the "State" option.
  • All international orders will be declared as "merchandise" with the appropriate description and value. We can not declare your order as a gift, or with a lower value.
  • If you do not have a zip/postal code, try using 00000 is the zip code field.
  • We are unable to ship to any country that is part of the European Union.
