WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING #? Once your shipping label has been processed, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation with tracking information from Stamps.com. Please be certain to provide a valid email address.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to cancel.
IS MY SHIPMENT INSURED? Insurance (up to $50 for USA/up to $100 Canada/International) is included for all shipments. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact us (click here).
MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED DUE TO INVALID ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO? If your package is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to an invalid address or for any other reason that was not due to an error on our part, you will need to pay additional shipping to have the items reshipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event you choose not to have your package redelivered. Please refer to our refund policy.
