REFUND POLICY

PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN TRIAL SIZE: If a product is available in trial size (depending on the product, we offer .5 gm, 1 gm. and 3 gm. sifter jars), we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges on that product (in any size). We encourage you to take advantage of our trial size sifter jars prior to purchasing full sizes. Please note that all of our powder products are available in trial size (except certain baked products), and can be found on the product pages. If you have purchased our trial size products, and are having difficulty finding the right shade, please let us know. We would be happy to make suggestions, and in some cases, will offer complimentary samples. You may also wish to contact a specialist prior to placing your first order. We will do our best to assist you in making the right choices.

Please Note: We have added a trial size Soleo Sunscreen, therefore, this product is non-refundable.

Please Note: All Rejuva Minerals loose powder products were developed without the use of commonly known skin irritants, however, we make no guarantees that our products are suitable for everyone. We encourage you to try any new product in a small area to ensure compatibility. Allergy sufferers: Please note that a few of our non-loose powder items do contain mica or titanium dioxide. We ask that you take the time to read the complete product description (including ingredients). You may find complete details by clicking on the product images, or in cases where there is not an image available, the product name. Please educate yourself on our products before purchasing. PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE IN TRIAL SIZE: If you have purchased a product that was not available in trial size, and are not happy with your purchase, please email us prior to returning. You will be credited the full price, minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. Please note, that any returned item, opened or unopened, will "not" be placed back into inventory. We appreciate your understanding that this is why we require a 20% restocking fee. Please note that we have a 30 day return policy. In order to receive a refund, your item must be returned within this time period, or no refund will be issued. We accept no responsibility for merchandise returned without our authorization.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT: All products are carefully inspected by Rejuva Minerals prior to shipment. Rejuva Minerals is not responsible for replacing items that were damaged or lost during shipment. We offer the option to purchase insurance (during checkout), and strongly encourage you to take advantage of this option. If you do receive damaged goods, DO NOT return the item(s) to us without contacting us first.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours
