LOOSE POWDER FOUNDATIONS & MULTI TASK POWDER
All Foundations, Concealers and our new Multi Task Powder are available in both 4 gm. or 5 gm. trial sized jars and 10 gm. or 18 gm. jars for your convenience. If you are new to our products, we encourage you to take advantage of our smaller trial sized jars prior to purchasing the larger jars, as these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (opened or unopened). If you have already purchased the 5 gm. foundations, and are having difficulty finding the right shade, please let us know. We will be happy to make suggestions. You may also wish to contact a specialist prior to placing your first order . We will do our best to assist you in making the right choices. Also, if you have a favorite shade that you would like us to recommend our closest match to, please contact us for information.

CLEARANCE ITEMS
There are no refunds, exchanges or store credits on any clearance item. This includes our loose powders and Vanilla Bean lip gloss. No exceptions please.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
If you have purchased a product (see policy above for our foundation and multi task powder), and are not happy with your purchase, please email us for instructions on returning your item. Once we receive your return, you will be credited the full price, minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. Please note, that any returned item, opened or unopened, will "not" be placed back into inventory. We appreciate your understanding that this is why we require a 20% restocking fee. IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are new to our products, we encourage you to limit your purchase to "one" item per shade, as only one item per shade may be returned for a refund. This will help us limit waste, as all returns (opened or unopened) will be discarded. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
30 DAY REFUND POLICY
Please note that we have a 30 day return policy. In order to receive a refund, your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase, or no refund will be issued. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds "will not" be issued if the postmarked date on the returned package is after 30 days of your purchase. We accept no responsibility for merchandise returned without our authorization.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges on any of our products. No exceptions please.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All products are carefully inspected by Rejuva Minerals prior to shipment. Rejuva Minerals is not responsible for replacing items that were damaged or lost during shipment. We offer the option to purchase insurance (during checkout), and strongly encourage you to take advantage of this option. If you do receive damaged goods, DO NOT return the item(s) to us without contacting us first. You will be asked to either send a picture of the damaged item, or return the item to us before a replacement will be sent. In the unlikely event an item is defective, please notify us immediately to organize a return and replacement.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or change your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
PATCH TEST
Please Note: All Rejuva Minerals loose powder products were developed without the use of "commonly" known skin irritants, however, we make no guarantees that our products are suitable for everyone. Patch Test: We encourage you to try any new product in a small area to ensure compatibility. Please note that a few of our non-loose powder items do contain mica or titanium dioxide. We ask that you take the time to read the complete product description (including ingredients). You may find complete details by clicking on the product images, or in cases where there is not an image available, the product name. Please educate yourself on our products before purchasing.
